Common Questions

How long does it take to get an estimate?

After you submit your request, we typically respond within 24 hours to schedule a site visit. Following the visit, we deliver a detailed written estimate via email within 1–2 business days.

Do I need to provide the paint?

We can supply all materials as part of the estimate, or work with customer-provided paint when specified. If you'd like us to purchase materials, we specify only premium products: Dunn-Edwards Suprema, Sherwin-Williams Emerald, or Benjamin Moore Aura depending on the application.

How do you protect my furniture and floors?

We cover all flooring, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths and heavy plastic sheeting before any work begins. Trim and surfaces adjacent to painted areas are carefully masked. We also ask that pets and children be kept away from active work areas for their safety.

What if I want to change colors mid-project?

Color changes mid-project are handled as change orders and may affect material cost and timeline. We always confirm the final color selection with you before ordering materials — your written approval is part of our process.

Do you offer payment plans or progress billing?

Yes. For multi-week projects we issue progress invoices on a bi-weekly basis for work completed to date. A $1,000 deposit secures your start date. Final payment is due upon project completion and your satisfaction walkthrough.
